Data controller

This policy applies to all pages of TuningFileStore.com. Truck Program is the commercial brand of Driver Solutions S.R.L. unipersonale, the data controller. Use the contact details below for privacy enquiries.

Contact requests

Contact person, company, email, country and business type are required. Phone, sectors served, approximate network size and message are optional. The page language is also sent. Do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal data. Without the required fields we cannot accept your request. Requests are securely forwarded to the shared Truck Program contact service, sent to our business mailbox and recorded in a server log. We send a confirmation and may contact you about your enquiry. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps at your request where applicable (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries from company representatives (Article 6(1)(f)). The checkbox acknowledges reading this policy; it does not authorise advertising tracking or newsletters. Requests without a subsequent business relationship, including email and request logs, are retained for 12 months after the last relevant interaction. Contracts entail separate contractual, accounting and legal retention requirements. Longer retention may be necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Operation and security

Aruba S.p.A. provides hosting and email in Italy. Servers may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested resources and technical errors to deliver the site, prevent abuse and investigate faults. The basis is our legitimate interest in reliable, secure services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our access and error logs are retained for 30 days, except for incidents or legal obligations. Access is limited to authorised persons. Backups under our control rotate within 30 days and are used for recovery, not ordinary processing. After restoration, applicable deletions and expiry rules are reapplied. Contact requests do not lead to automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Statistics and advertising measurement

When tracking is enabled, Google Analytics 4 loads only after Statistics consent and Google Ads measurement after Advertising consent. Google Tag Manager distributes authorised tags. Consent is optional and withdrawable; it is the legal basis (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Refusal does not prevent use of the website or form. We measure page views, contact-link clicks, informational video opening, form start and accepted requests. Data may include online identifiers, device/browser information, language, landing variant, filtered page/campaign URLs and click identifiers for authorised advertising measurement. A random lead identifier prevents duplicates. Form contents and vehicle-search details are not sent as event parameters. Analytics data are not described as anonymous. GA4 event and user data retention is 14 months, without resetting user retention for new activity. This differs from cookie lifetime and does not define deletion of aggregated reports. Google processes data under its applicable terms.

Remarketing, Google Signals, enhanced conversions and advertising personalisation are disabled. Optional Google tags do not load before the relevant consent. This privacy page never loads measurement tags, even with prior consent.

Informational videos on YouTube

Informational videos use youtube-nocookie.com only after External content consent. Google may receive IP, device/browser and player-use information and use storage under its policies. Privacy-enhanced mode does not make playback anonymous or eliminate all processing. Embedding relies on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR); withdrawal stops the player. An external YouTube link opens a separate service governed by its own policy.

Recipients and providers

Authorised staff and necessary hosting, email and maintenance providers access data under appropriate instructions and agreements. Aruba S.p.A. provides hosting and email in Italy. Google Ireland Limited and, as applicable, Google LLC and their providers process Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager and YouTube data under their respective terms; their role varies by service. Authorities or professional advisers may receive data when legally required or necessary to protect rights. We do not sell contact request data.

International transfers

The identified hosting and email services are in Italy. Google services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. Safeguards depend on service and destination: adequacy decisions, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients where applicable, or standard contractual clauses and other necessary safeguards. Ask the controller about safeguards relevant to your data; Google publishes details below.

Cookies, storage and consent

Choices, including refusal, last six calendar months. A protected server receipt records an opaque identifier, date, expiry, choices and policy versions, without IP, user agent or form contents. Receipts are retained until expiry and removed by scheduled cleanup. These technical records implement and demonstrate choices under Articles 6(1)(c) and 7(1) GDPR. We ask again at expiry or after material provider/purpose changes, not merely graphical or translation changes.

The table covers storage used by this implementation. Optional storage requires the corresponding consent. Provider defaults may change; the references explain Google's storage rules.

YouTube may use its own cookies/storage during authorised playback, depending on use and Google account/browser settings. Names and retention follow its policy. This site creates no player storage before External content consent.

Use Privacy preferences to accept, refuse or change categories. Withdrawal stops services and removes the optional first-party GA4/Ads cookies and Ads local storage managed by this site. Provider-domain storage cannot be removed here: use browser/provider controls. Clearing storage may remove saved refusal or language. Without JavaScript, no optional tags or players load; this policy remains readable.

Rights and complaints

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Contact info@truckprogram.it; proportionate identity verification may be necessary. We normally respond within one month, with extensions only as permitted by law. You may complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali or your country's competent authority.

Policy changes

The date above identifies this version. We update the policy when the website, providers or processing change. Material changes to consent purposes require a new choice. Contractual/legal exceptions to ordinary retention periods are limited to necessary data and time.
